Mixed signals: many reviews praise the hotel as very clean and note spotless bathrooms, but there are multiple complaints about dirty carpets, a discarded mask on arrival, some rooms not receiving housekeeping and occasional strong room odors.

Generally very positive: numerous mentions of friendly, helpful staff (specific mention of an employee, Flor, assisting with a crib) and good front-desk service; occasional noise caused by staff outside rooms noted but service interactions are frequently praised.

Strongly positive: repeatedly highlighted as conveniently located — close to the border, stores, CBX, Interstate 5, parking and nearby dining options; location is a consistent advantage.
