Cleanliness

Generally clean with heavenly towels and provided bathrobes; however small maintenance issues (cracked sink, peeling wallpaper) and a bathroom ventilation concern were noted.

Service

Mixed: bellmen and check-in were praised for efficiency, but other staff were described as unmotivated and a billing error (double charge) was not properly resolved.
