Hampton Inn & Suites Edmonton/West

Many guests repeatedly praised cleanliness ("very clean", "clean and welcoming"), but a severe incident reporting dirty rooms, hairs, stains and unclean bathroom fixtures lowers the score from otherwise strong cleanliness comments.

Consistently positive mentions of friendly, helpful staff and personalized welcomes (multiple named staff praised). Front desk and overall service are a clear strength in reviews.

Multiple comments call the location 'great' and convenient (close to West Edmonton, good access); location is a frequently cited positive.

Rooms are described as spacious and comfortable with good beds, but some negatives include noisy A/C, privacy issues with sliding bathroom doors, occasional odor (carpet), a poor sofa bed and a sketchy elevator.

Strong praise for pool/hot tub, on-site EV charger, 24/7 coffee, and good gym/pool hours. Minor issues (elevator, breakfast seating) do not outweigh amenity strengths.

Many guests described the hotel as great or amazing value for the price; a few noted it felt a bit expensive, so overall value is positive.

Indulge in the indoor pool, hot tub, and daily hot breakfast offered at this Edmonton hotel. Relax in air-conditioned rooms equipped with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.

Enjoy the convenience of a coffee maker, work desk, and free toiletries in every room. Benefit from the 24-hour reception, laundry services, and airport shuttle available to guests.
