Staff repeatedly described as excellent, friendly and helpful (front desk, housekeeping, servers); one notable front-desk/booking communication error lowered score slightly but overall service is a major strength.

Mixed comments: some guests appreciate proximity to sites/freeway, others find the hotel a bit out of the way without a car and noise from event/rooftop rooms impacted some stays.
