Generally reported as clean and modern, but several guests noted issues (dust on surfaces, old make-up found on hair dryer, older towels, occasional drain smell in shower) that lowered this score slightly.

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and considerate (multiple mentions of helpful front desk and bar staff, managers praised), strong positive sentiment for service.

Consistently highlighted as excellent/very convenient — central, near transit and attractions; one of the strongest positives across reviews.

Rooms widely described as small/tiny and not traditional; functional and modern but limited space and some complaints about firm pillows and limited storage.

Bar, lobby and social areas praised as attractive and useful; basic in-room amenities available (ice/hot water), though some guests reported a non-working in-room fridge and TV pairing issues.

Multiple comments call the hotel good value/cost-effective and satisfactory for short stays; overall sentiment strongly positive on price-to-quality.
